Aweber is a full featured, web based autoresponder that provides a suite of features that are unmatched in the industry. You will notice that this is the autoresponder that we use on this site, so we feel confident in giving it our highest rating.Pros: Very powerful back-end system, no software to install locally on your computer, Analytics are amazing and Provide more data than most can analyze. Internet Marketers: While Aweber DOES NOT tolerate spam, they are willing to work with you to minimize spam complaints before they cancel your account. Some of the other autoresponder companies will simply cancel your account if you exceed their threshold and you are out all of your hard work. This reason alone sold me on using aweber. Unmatched Service - Aweber Service is #1.
Cons: They don't offer any sort of free trial, but they do offer a 60 satisfaction guarantee. So if you aren't happy with the in the first 60 days, simply contact their support and let them know you would like a refund.
UPDATE: After being with Aweber for over a year now I have to say I am very happy with their service. I do feel like I have barely scratched the service on the features that they offer. But I guess this is a good thing. My goals for this year are to use their segmentation features more and target specific customers to offers they are interested in.
