This process can be a little daunting and difficult, but can also be eased with the use of an autoresponder. With an autoresponder by your side you can save yourself many hours work a week allowing you to focus on generating income and getting ahead with your business.

Autoresponders can be obtained on a budget, and in places they can be located for free, although bear in mind when using a free autoresponder it does carry some negative points not found in paid versions, such as the advertisements in the email, this can, and most possibly will send your client the wrong idea about your business.

The first task when you decide which autoresponder you are going to utilize is to set up the predetermined messages, whether this be with articles, newsletter or a manually prepared document by yourself. Using material related to your business or product is the better way forward, this way anything sent from your autoresponder is relevant to your niche and your business.

Loading up 52 messages or separate pieces of content is advisable to begin, this way you will have a new piece of material to blast each week, not all autoresponders will allow this much data, but if not and you don´t have time to create this much then it's ok, you can go back and add more as and when required, and some content can be located online for free.

Once the autoresponder has been successfully loaded you can go ahead and create your signature to place after the body of each message, this should include your name and a link through to your website, you may even wish to add a small passage about your business for clients interested to know more about you and your company. All this detail provides confidence to your recipients that you are professional.

Once this has been done you are ready to start your mailing campaigns, you can define the settings to reply immediately to inbound emails or to mail out daily, weekly or monthly blasts. Most autoresponders are easy to control the sending preferences and are flexible with the choices. As your list begins to grow you will see the autoresponder really come into its own and how beneficial it is to the success of your business. After a few weeks to months of using it regularly you will most probably see that business cannot be the same without it.
